04 / AI IN DAY-TO-DAY ENGINEERING
Our AI use is in software engineering and maintenance. The customer product manages operational tasks; we use an AI coding agent to help diagnose collected failures, change code and deliver updates.
Errors and stuck-task information from customer programs are uploaded to the server.
An AI coding agent on our development machine reviews the uploaded information, investigates affected code and makes targeted corrections.
Changes enter the deployment flow. Client and server update mechanisms deliver new versions according to each program's installation process.
Hourly review describes the check schedule, not a guaranteed time to resolve every issue. Server updates account for running tasks; Android follows its package validation and device installation flow.
05 / A CONCRETE ENGINEERING CHANGE
A specific account-lookup step produced short waiting intervals during normal external responses. A scoped code change excludes those normal waits below 30 seconds, while retaining longer stalls and failures in other workflows.
Regression tests were added for a normal short wait, the 30-second boundary, another workflow, and an actual failure message.
407e0baThis is a source-level improvement from our engineering history. It is not a claim of a measured recovery time or a separately verified customer rollout.
